What type of events does Pink Box Social serve?Weddings, baby showers, bridal showers, birthday parties, employee luncheons, corporate events, charity events, bachelor/bachelorette parties, and so much more. The sky is the limit!

What is included in your food services?We provide two attendants, food cart, food as per selected menu, disposable plates/bowls, utensils, napkins, consultation prior to your event, and custom menus.

Is alcohol included in your bar services?Pink Box Social is a dry hire mobile bartending service due to licensing restrictions by the State of California. We do not provide or sell alcohol and we are unable to accept any payment for alcohol. You purchase the alcohol and provide it to Pink Box Social to serve. Prior to your event we will provide a personalized consultation to discuss and decide upon a beverage menu. We then calculate the amount of alcohol you will need based on your menu, the size of your event and provide a suggested shopping list. The advantage of this is that you will save money by sourcing your own alcohol, choose your favorite brands, and the best part is that you get to keep the alcohol that’s leftover!

What is included with your bartending services?Pink Box Social provides RBS certified bartending staff, all bar supplies, disposable drinkware, napkins, straws, mixers, garnishes, consultation prior to your event, and custom menus.

Are your bartenders trained?Yes, all our bartenders are trained and California safety-certified (RBS).

Are you licensed and insured?Yes, we carry both liquor liability and general liability insurance.

Can you rent more than one cart at a time?Absolutely! Ask us about our bundle deals. The more you book, the more you save.

Where are you located and how far do you travel?We are located in Yuba City, California. We travel up to 40 miles complimentary of Yuba City, each additional mile is $2/mile each way. We love a good road trip!

What is your payment policy?Due to high demand, a 50% deposit is required to confirm your reservation and the final payment is required two weeks prior to the event. Cancellations made less than 60 days prior to your event will not be refunded.
